8' Carved Angel Wings

Drum roll please......OK, I promised pictures, and here they are.......um, all 4 of them.
It seems I was a little too busy chatting, than I was playing photographer.
The night was a success, and I had the opportunity to meet some amazing new people!

My best friend, Anne and her husband, Jason came out.
Also, thanks to our friends Kyle and Lysette and my Aunt Sharon and Uncle Tom for coming out!
Mom, thanks for being so selfless and making sure Hannah was in good hands!

I made these using nothing but recycled materials for the body of the sculpture. Green wings, baby!

Big congrats on your gallery feature! And it's nice to meet you. I have never been by your blog, but apparently you are getting out there & many of my blog friends have left you comments. I don't know how I've missed your beautiful blog & wow, you are talented. I love all your Christmas projects, had to go back & read some of your older posts. You do great work & we def. have a lot in common with what we love.

Thank YOU for following my blog, I really appreciate that, I'm in good company over on your sidebar. :) I will add you to my reader too, so I can see what you are up to.

Someone told me today that I was mentioned in the Dallas Morning Newspaper re: my Christmas home tour so I was trying to look it up & that's how I found your fab article in the paper and then your blog. You're getting some great press. Congrats! Don't be a stranger, I love to hear from everyone out there in blogland.
