Shabby Egg Tree

 1

Ahhh, the ever changing seasonal topiary.  It’s been fun to decorate it with each holiday.

2

For Easter I wanted simplicity.  (I think I will change it again after Sunday to something fresh for spring.)

3

I added some of the smaller painted eggs I made here.

4

I used a push pin to poke a small hole. I cut small strips of floral wire, stuck one through the hole and added a dot of hot glue to hold it in place.

5

I shaped the wire into little hooks on the end and hung them on the tree.  Christmas ornament hooks would have worked too, but there was NO WAY I was gonna go sort (wade) through all of our Christmas stuff!

6

(Whoops.  Forgot to put the Glade Plug in back after vacuuming…..but I think it’s a nice accent :)) Can you tell that I am having a Robin’s egg blue Easter?  What do you think?

7

I plan on posting the rest of our Easter decor over the next two days, so check back!
